- Stuck on activation screen/step in the Relay app after a recent app update
- Relay app version 1.3.108 and above
- Tap on the three dots in the top right corner
- Tap 'Log out'
- Log back in to your Relay account
At this time, we are not sure of the exact root cause, but our developers are investigating.
Our developers are working on resolving this issue in a later Relay app version so that issue no longer occurs after an app update.
